Blue Sage Pottery and Art Gallery is located on Historic Rt. 66, the Mother Road, in Amarillo, TX.  The gallery is owned by artists Kent Harris and Megan Easley.  Kent and Megan met making pottery in 2001.  After marrying in 2004, the couple opened an art gallery and pottery studio in two historic buildings previously owned by Megan's grandmother.  The gallery features a range of hand-made wheel-thrown pottery by the two artists, paintings by Megan and a variety of other hand-made artworks by locally and nationally known artists. If you are looking for a unique gift or a special artwork for yourself visit us soon.  Wedding registry, custom orders and commissions are available.

Examples of art can be viewed on the "Artists" page.  You can also link to Megan's and Kent's individual artist websites from the "Links" page to learn more about processes and see a wider variety of their work.

"While the rest of Sixth Avenue decides if it wants to be an antique shopping center or a strip of biker bars, Megan Easley and Kent Harris know exactly what they want.  They opened Blue Sage Gallery...in the 3300 block of old Route 66...Harris has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in ceramics and glass.  Easley has her Masters of Fine Arts in painting and ceramics...When they decided to open their gallery, there was little doubt it would be on Sixth...Six other artist ranging from...glass to metal furniture and jewelry show at the gallery.  They're all local....They (Kent and Megan) also offer classes and they've just started a wedding registry for custom dinnerware."
